Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum)

Role:
We are hiring a business analyst with Agile experience to support large-scale, mission-critical IT systems in Singapore: 80% Business Analysis & Requirements Leadership 20% Scrum Facilitation & Agile Delivery Support You will work across business users, architects, developers, and system integrators to ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned before development begins—reducing ambiguity and rework in a structured public-sector environment.
Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements (Primary Focus): Lead structured requirement workshops with government stakeholders and vendors. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. Produce high-quality artefacts (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mappings). Maintain requirements traceability from business case through to testing. Manage requirement changes within governance and change control frameworks.
