The role in a nutshell

Base Salary: CAD $59,688.00 - 91,109.00

• Responsible for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify the most effective ways for existing business processes, implementation of new applications/software within Growth & Client Service
• Create procedure documentation for existing & new processes/procedures, and offer support to maximize the effectiveness of all business/process changes associated with Growth & Client Service
• Be a bridge between “Growth & Client Service” and GreenShield stakeholders for investigation and resolution of process related inconsistencies and/or incidents encountered within the department. Identify gaps, take part in solution testing and take responsibility for communicating changes & new functionality to end users
