Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. Your responsibilities in this career are to manage and analyze data to identify and document potential issues.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality documentation for web-based applications
• Produce tutorials, user guides and knowledge base content
• Write for a variety of audiences ranging from non-technical to technical experts

Skills required

• 4+ years of experience writing documentation in a technical field
• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Strong writing, production, and technical editing skills
• Excels at time management including managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines
• Able to communicate effectively with different roles and levels of the organization
• Experience working as a Scrum Master
• Fluent level of English
