Requirements
 Our ideal candidate: 
Performs requirements gathering from customer teams on the detailed process mapping and involves IT and automation teams where required to further identify and qualify opportunities ​  
Refines complexity of automation process and creates deployment plan ​  
Works with the Business to identify process improvement opportunities for maximum impact and solution quality / integrity ​  
Creates the process definition documentation and process maps used for automation to hand over to the automation development team​
