Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Process Improvement
Assess current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
Recommend solutions that align with organizational objectives and drive efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
Project Support
Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities.
