Business Analyst

Overview

Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking to hire a Sr. Business Analyst - ESG Compliance & Data Analysis for a full-time contract. This is a Hybrid role based in Toronto, with 3 days in office per week.

Must-Have Skills

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (experience with a Big 5 Bank preferred).
• Proven experience conducting data and gap analysis to drive business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance initiatives (OSFI B-15 exposure is an asset).
• Proficiency with SQL and SAS for data analysis, navigation, and quality assessment.
• Strong ability to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
