Business Analyst – Card Scheme Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead Card Scheme compliance initiatives across Business, Operations, Fraud, and Technology teams within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document Card Scheme compliance requirements (functional & non-functional)
Translate high-level mandates into detailed business and functional documentation
Define and document As-Is / To-Be processes
Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Lead stakeholder engagement, FS reviews, sign-offs, and weekly governance cadences
Manage quarterly Card Scheme compliance releases
Required Experience & Skills
7–10 years' experience in Banking / Financial Services
Strong expertise in Card Scheme compliance bulletins & articles
Deep understanding of Cards domain, Credit Card systems & Retail Banking
Excellent requirements analysis, documentation, and process design skills
