Leading the development and maintenance of Capital report templates, including Cost Reports, Monthly Performance Reports (MPRs), and portfolio Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics dashboards.
Acting as Power BI Lead by creating reports, updating data, and analyzing output to ensure information accuracy; ensuring mentorship is provided to users and serving as the escalation point for Business Analysts in Capital for troubleshooting.
Ensuring all Capital-specific procedures align with Program Management Office and company-wide procedures.
