Business Analyst, Commercial Solutions

What You'll Do

As our new Business Analyst, Commercial Solutions, you will play a key role in enabling our commercial Salesforce ecosystem, driving adoption and integration across Sales Cloud, B2B, OMS, and Commerce7 – bridging the gap between sales goals and technical B2C, B2B and CRM solutions. This role supports scalable delivery of sales enablement initiatives while reducing contractor dependency and preserving critical business knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end requirement and product lifecycle by managing functional intake, eliciting stakeholder requirements, and accurately documenting appropriate flows and diagrams
• Design effective solutions based on business needs and guide technical teams through a clear and seamless transition of functional requirements
