BUSINESS ANALYST COO STRATEGIC EXECTUTION TEAM The team The COO Strategic Execution Team is dedicated to delivering change projects across the COO organisation. Most projects involve material transformation of the operating model across multiple locations, whether implementing new technology, improving processes or changing the organisation design. The role The key responsibilities of the role include: Support the confirmation / build out of the Operating Model following a Top Down Approach Level 1 : high level view of the processes and gap analysis Level 2 : Create a summary diagram for each process highlighting which teams are involved, and which manual activities are performed Level 3 Swim lane process flows for high priority manual processes and high volume exceptions Level 4 : Create detailed procedural documents for all key business processes Work closely with the Operational Readiness team to ensure the Operating Model is understood across all NT locations Business analysis and ...
