Business Analyst - Core Banking

We are seeking a dedicated Core Banking Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Core Banking systems.

The Core Banking SME will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to promptly resolve issues, support smooth banking operations, and enhance overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams for Core Banking initiatives.
• Analyze, document, and validate business requirements and system issues.
• Provide subject matter expertise during implementation, troubleshooting, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance and issue resolution.
• Drive continuous improvements to align systems with evolving customer and business needs.
