Business Analyst - Dynamics 365

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex D365 projects, including, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery oversight.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Define and document To-Be process flows and compare them to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Manage and prioritise requirements, features, and backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
Oversee the functional configuration and customisation of D365 modules in collaboration with solution architects and developers.
Guide UAT planning, execution, and training initiatives for end-users.
Lead change management and business readiness activities during D365 rollouts.
Support data migration, integration strategy, and reporting requirements (Power BI, Power Platform, etc.)
