Business Analyst - Dynamics 365

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex D365 projects, including, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery oversight.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Define and document To-Be process flows and compare them to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Manage and prioritise requirements, features, and backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
• Oversee the functional configuration and customisation of D365 modules in collaboration with solution architects and developers.
• Guide UAT planning, execution, and training initiatives for end-users.
• Lead change management and business readiness activities during D365 rollouts.
• Support data migration, integration strategy, and reporting requirements (Power BI, Power Platform, etc.)
