Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and use cases
• Work closely with IT, product, and development teams to ensure successful implementation
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
