Business Analyst - Fidelity Wealth

Business Analyst – Wealth Management Work schedule: flexible hybrid. Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026; then Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsible for delivering technology and process solutions supporting private wealth and high-net-worth client offerings. Work on cross‑organizational projects and Agile stories with Wealth Management business stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver high-quality solutions. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; support project estimation, planning, and prioritization. Act as liaison between wealth management business teams and IS delivery teams. Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Support development and QA through design and testing phases. Coordinate business readiness and change activities.
