Business Analyst (f/m/d) – Project Management

Your mission

As a Business Analyst at SYNTIVIS, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary project environment. You make sure that business and functional requirements are clearly understood, well-documented, and handed over efficiently to our delivery teams. You support our internal project management through clarity, structure, and traceability – without holding primary customer responsibility.

• Elicit, analyse and structure business and functional requirements for client and internal projects
• Document requirements in appropriate formats (e.g. specifications, tickets, user stories)
• Ensure completeness, consistency and currency of documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate approved requirements into concrete work packages for delivery teams
• Support teams during implementation, testing and acceptance from a business perspective
