Business Analyst for Dynamics 365

In this permanent role, you will analyze business requirements and optimize workflows related to Dynamics 365. You should have a strong business analysis background and experience supporting end-users. Responsibilities include developing business requirement documentation, assisting with tool implementation, and troubleshooting issues alongside stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Develop business requirement documentation and user stories
• Identify improvements in Dynamics 365 business processes
• Provide daily support to end-users on Dynamics 365
• Manage projects related to system enhancements and improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst
