Main Tasks:

• Support the operational functioning of the CRAC Squad , particularly within the integration flows scope.
• Respond promptly to user needs related to perimeter applications.
• Organize and deliver training sessions to support user requests.
• Follow up on IT and administrative incidents raised by users.
• Monitor accounting flows within the CRAC scope.
• Administer and evolve reporting tools, identifying opportunities for productivity gains.
• Ensure the quality and organization of functional administration processes.
