Stefanini is hiring a Madrid-based Business Analyst to join one of our clients.



Work model : hybrid (3 days per week on-site in Madrid);

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements and objectives. They will act as a liaison between business division and technology teams to ensure that projects align with goals. The Business Analyst will contribute to the successful implementation of solutions by providing insights, recommendations, and support throughout the software project lifecycle.



Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Requirement Analysis: Analyze and prioritize business requirements, assess feasibility, and provide recommendations for solutions or process improvements.
