Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Digital, Mobile, Wealth, or Financial Planning projects.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, engage with senior stakeholders, and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
Drive end-to-end business analysis processes, from requirement gathering to solution implementation.
Lead or support large-scale, complex transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Planning or Life Insurance.
Proven experience in transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services.
