Business Analyst - HR Application Experience

The Business Analyst will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement integrations and process improvements across HR systems. This role focuses on optimizing the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) process, integrating Workday with Oracle EBS and other vendor applications (ADP, KPMG and various boutique and custom applications), and ensuring seamless data exchange. The analyst will document requirements, support testing, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and transparency.General Responsibilities• Presents new ways to work with analyses, articulation and presentations of complex data, in order to allow effective and timely management decisions
