Role Overview

The Business Analyst Support role within the NCT (Finex) team is responsible for managing change requests, coordinating with Operations and Technology teams, performing quality checks, and supporting module-level walkthroughs for various mutual fund service processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder coordination, and a clear understanding of MF operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Request (CR) Management

• Manage, review, and analyse all Change Requests (CRs) related to NCT modules under Finex.
• Understand business requirements, document functional changes, and ensure CRs follow internal change management guidelines.
