Business Analyst (Hyphen)

+ Independently perform, analyzeand document data profiling, source to target mapping, transformation logic specificationsandprocess designfor Hyphen product capabilities
+ Develop test cases and perform userand systemtesting
+ Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technology requirements
+ Collaborate with development and QA teammates to ensure that solutions align with business requirements
+ Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and business audiences
+ Develop business process flows and detailed design documentation
+ Assist in reporting and presenting requirements and possible approaches
+ Collaborate with development, QA, and business teammates to identify and communicate risks, challenges, and blockers
+ Additional duties as assigned
