Job Description

                    JOB DESCRIPTION SEI is looking for an experienced Business Analyst II with 2–5 years of experience to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and configure JIRA to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has practical experience configuring JIRA workflows, customizing boards, and managing user stories for Agile development teams. 
What you will do:  
Requirements & User Story Management:  Gather, analyze, and document functional/non-functional requirements, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA. 
JIRA Configuration & Administration:  Configure and maintain JIRA projects, including custom workflows, fields, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes. 
Process Optimization:  Analyze existing business workflows and map them to JIRA workflows, creating automated actions, conditions, validators, and post-functions to enhance efficiency.
