Business Analyst II

This position supports the design, development and execution of innovative analytic and research solutions to support the planning, program implementation, accounting and evaluation of energy efficiency programs. The role plays a versatile part that is highly analytical and will require the individual to blend the application of business, strategic, and design thinking with technology and quantitative / economic modeling methods to enable better data driven decision making. This individual is involved with completing complex analytical projects requiring the use of data analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling techniques. The position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as program managers, commission staff, independent evaluators, and implementation vendors to accurately evaluate and measure energy savings.
