Business Analyst II

The Business Analyst supports EMEA projects and change initiatives by providing analysis and insights for effective decision‑making. Key responsibilities include capturing and analyzing requirements, modeling processes, and assisting in the design and implementation of solutions aligned with ABS capabilities and country operating models.

This hybrid role combines core business analysis (requirements, process, data, and benefits) with contributions to project management and business consultancy. It drives strategic change, translates business needs into actionable propositions, and coordinates activities across multiple countries in a virtual environment.
