Job Description

The Business Analyst – Insights & Opportunity Scoping is responsible for building the data and insight foundation of strategic engagements with Globe's enterprise clients. This role supports the diagnosis of customer experience gaps and the identification of high-value opportunities through market research, customer data analysis, and strategic benchmarking. It plays a critical role in shaping the fact base behind executive-level recommendations.
