Responsibilities

• Leads and completes the elicitation of business requirements and their translation into solution requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle. This role will generally involve the co‑ordination of work of other Business Analysts to deliver the required deliverable or will be a more technical role delivering multiple requirements as part of a moderate to large high risk independent project
• Describes as‑is‑to‑be models as part of the requirements elicitation process
• They are able to adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies
• They plan, conduct facilitate elicitation sessions and ensure production of associated deliverables
• They understand customers' objectives, processes and products in order to make recommendations
• They are the project manager's right hand in building the business case, including cost benefit analysis, risk assessment, projec...
