Business Analyst (Intake Management Domain)

Key Responsibilities Analyze intake and onboarding workflows to identify process improvements. Gather and document business, functional, and system requirements. Work with operations, product, and technical teams to streamline intake processes. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint activities. Coordinate UAT and ensure successful delivery of business requirements. Support process automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
