Job Description

This intermediate level Business Analyst role sits within the Integration Platform team, helping define how customers and partners integrate with Vista systems through APIs.
Work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to translate integration and data requirements into clear specifications that support scalable and secure API-based solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong BA fundamentals and a good understanding of APIs, data, and platform-based systems.
What you’ll be doing
Support discovery, scoping, and requirements gathering for integration and API-driven initiatives
Work with product, engineering, and other SMEs to clarify integration use cases and data requirements
Contribute to defining API requirements, data mappings, and user stories
Assist in analysing data to ensure it is exposed in a clear and usable way via APIs
