Principle Accountabilities

• Oversee, manage, and report data on key performance indicators focused on the Direct Hire team.
• Develop spreadsheet for data visualization while aiming for productivity improvement.
• Administrate Bulhorn system requirements inconsistences while following up with Houston and Delivery Centre if necessary.
• Support and facilitate onboarding and team events.
• Sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates across multiple industries.
