Business Analyst IT

Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst IT to join our Supply Chain Financing Solutions team in Singapore. You will work on global projects and application support for Connexis Supply Chain, collaborating with Product Managers and Operations users across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define business/operational objectives for new requirements.
• Perform business analysis, incident/problem analysis, and functional specifications.
• Validate business requirements to align with IT architecture and security standards.
• Design functional solutions and user workflows.
• Develop SIT/UAT/NRT scope and approach, and validate test results.
• Assist in UAT planning, defect analysis, and prioritisation.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and CIB ITO APAC standards.
• Document user manuals, release notes, and root cause analysis.
