Business Analyst (Japanese proficiency)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and culturally aware Business Analyst with strong Japanese language proficiency to bridge communication between our technical teams and Japanese clients. The ideal candidate should not only be fluent in Japanese but also demonstrate a deep understanding and respect for Japanese business culture, etiquette, and work ethics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between Japanese clients and internal technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in Japanese and English.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops in Japanese.
