Business Analyst

Eplanet Global is hiring a Business Analyst (SCM & WMS) to join our technology team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Supply Chain Management expertise and experience working with ERP systems, supporting global projects and aligning business requirements with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Work closely with Finance and SCM stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
-Support end-to-end ERP implementations for international clients
-Translate finance and supply chain processes into system workflows and suggest improvements
-Perform gap analysis, recommend solutions, and assist with system configuration
-Execute integration, regression, and load testing activities
-Develop documentation including BRDs, FDDs, process flows, test cases, and user manuals
-Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system and data issues
