Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can also create high-quality technical content. If you can speak to clients, understand requirements deeply, and then convert those insights into SRS, BRDs, user stories, user manuals, proposals, and technology-focused articles, this hybrid role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact directly with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare technical proposals and RFP responses.
Create BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in requirement workshops, scoping sessions, demos, and solution design discussions.
Liaise between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the SDLC.
