Business Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyze business requirements and process.
Identify the business need and help identify business problems and propose relevant and innovative application solutions.
Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
Translate business requirements into user requirement specification, process flow diagram and functional specification.
Assist project manager in project planning and project management.
Perform quality assurance to ensure applications meet the business requirements.
Manage change request and communicate with users for change request sign-off.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of experience in IT environment with focus on business analysis and/or resolving customer's problems.
Very good command of English and Japanese spoken and written.
