Job Description
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Evaluate current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into functional specifications or system requirements
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement solutions
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
Support project planning, testing (UAT), and implementation activities
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
Provide recommendations to enhance productivity and cost efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
2–4 years experience as Business Analyst or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
