Business Analyst

Mandatory Criteria:

• Experience:
  3–7 years of hands-on experience in
  Investment Operations, Middle Office, or Fund Administration
  .
• Target Background:
  Prior experience within an
  Asset Management firm, Mutual Fund house, Wealth Management firm, or Custodian Bank
  .
• Financial Product Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of securities (Equities, Bonds, MFs) and the mechanics of trade settlement (SWIFT, Omgeo, etc.).
• Process Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the Front-to-Back investment flow and the roles of various market participants (Brokers, Custodians, Central Depositories).

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in investment systems such as
  Bloomberg (AIM/PORT), Aladdin, Charles River, or HiPortfolio
  .
• Professional certifications such as
  CFA, CIPM, or IOC (Investment Operations Certificate)
  .
