Working knowledge and understanding of process in Operation (New Business, Servicing & Claims), Finance and the support systems.
Have General Insurance knowledge.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge and practice in Software Development Lifecycle
Knowledge on product structure
IT Savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of IT Standard Operating Procedures, development and security policies and guidelines
Knowledge of Life Asia system
