Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business and Data Analyst to support delivery of a next-generation core system modernisation with downstream applications and systems across different business segments (e.g. Retail, SME, and Commercial).
Required QualificationsEducation & Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role in the financial services industry, with at least one end-to-end system transformation or modernisation project - banking core
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
Hands-on skills in data analysis using SQL, Excel, or data profiling tools
Understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy principles
Understanding of financial services core modules, such as:
Banking (e.g. CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer, Treasury)
