Job Description: Business Analyst (BA)

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document data-related requirements.

· Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications for Group Technology teams.

· Facilitate workshops and discussions to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.

Stakeholder Management

· Act as liaison between business units and Group Technology to ensure clear communication and understanding.

· Maintain strong relationships with data users, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

· Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks and milestones.

Data Infrastructure and Platform Support

· Work with Group Technology to define, design, and implement data infrastructure solutions that fit the requirement from the business units.
