Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical 
Business Analyst to focus on financial reporting and performance analysis
. This role is instrumental in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights that support effective business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting and analytical experience, a solid grasp of financial metrics, and a keen eye for identifying trends and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

A. Financial & Performance Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on financial performance, business KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Consolidate data from various departments and systems to produce accurate and timely management reports.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting financial results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles with relevant data and reports.
