Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Communicate and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories
• Effectively communicate requirements to the Dev Lead, Scrum Master, and System Analyst
• Maintain and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Define test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
