Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare clear, well-structured documentation, including BRS, SRS, user stories, interface specification documents, user guides, and UAT test cases.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support effective solution delivery.
• Conduct internal UAT to validate that the solution meets business and quality requirements.
• Assist clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
• Participate in meetings, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and clarify their business needs.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and client-specific requirements.
• Demonstrate system capabilities to potential clients.
