REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills
4+ years of experience in Business Analysis role.
Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.
Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations.
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.
Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.
IIBA certification is a plus. Soft Skills
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.
