Business Analyst

Zurich Capability Center is looking for Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the design, configuration and optimization of their business processes, leveraging our advanced INSIS platform. Your expertise will help organizations maximize value and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate face-to-face workshops with clients to design and map out optimized business processes aligned with the platform's capabilities.

Identify and define innovative solutions that enhance the value delivered to stakeholders.

Design and configure solutions utilizing INSIS and related systems.
Support clients in understanding business processes as they relate to the INSIS platform.
