You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and analyse requirements, and translate them into actionable insights for the development and improvement of products, processes, and systems. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the best fit solutions for meeting client requirements based upon the existing functionality of our insurance products and identifying where customisation will be required.
• Contribute to the Synergy2 Roadmap by proposing improvements where required, and/or producing requirements documentation.
