We are on the hunt for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our energetic Service Delivery Team in Madrid. You will be instrumental in evaluating as-is business processes with in-country stakeholders, conducting data analysis, defining requirements, and collaborating to deliver innovative to-be solutions for improved operational, and work efficiency.  ( 12-month job Opportunity)

Responsibilities
Analyze business functions, gather requirements, and construct workflow diagrams.
Conduct research and data analysis to support business planning and process improvements.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with teams to align on objectives and deliver value.
Apply cost control, asset utilization, and operational excellence principles.
