Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders using elicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these business requirements
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client's requirements to implement system solutions to support the client's requirements
Translates client requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers or project team
Conducts software design sessions with the solutions architect and development to define functionalities of a software for developed product and services
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and activities and creating a project timeline based on the milestones and activities
Monitoring of the deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Function as a liaison between business users and the technical team
