Business Analyst/ Research Operations Specialist

This is hybrid role combining Business Analyst with operational responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the Research team and the Technical Development team - lead the implementation of operational assessments and conducting functional requirements analysis for maintenance/enhancements/new services. This person will be responsible for managing the business needs of the project stakeholders (including end users), update and design documents to match the constant development of new features and functionalities of our applications.
